Unlike traditional yogurt, Greek yogurt is strained, giving it its characteristically thick, creamy consistency. This process removes excess water but allows desirable nutrients like protein to be present in higher amounts, keeping you satiated longer.
There are approximately 12-13 mg of caffeine in the Coffee Chocolate Chip bar. There are approximately 14 mg of caffeine in a serving of the Coffee Brownie Break pint.
The amount of sugar in each item varies depending on the flavor. We feature a full list of ingredients and nutritional information on our product pages here.
The amount of added sugar in each item varies, though it’s helpful to know that some of the sugar content is naturally occurring from milk’s lactose. Added sugar often comes in the forms of chocolate chips, caramel swirls, cake chunks, and other inclusions that you know and love in your Yasso! These sugar levels however are much lower than traditional ice cream. And in our opinion, a preferred ingredient over artificial, high-intensity sweeteners like erythritol.
Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.
This ingredient is derived from the beans of the Carob Tree, in the pea family, and aids in providing a creamy texture for Yasso products.
Yasso products are not 100% GMO-free but we are always working to find the highest quality ingredients available while delivering a great tasting product at an affordable price.
This ingredient is derived from guar beans and has thickening and stabilizing properties.
Palm oil is a fat source used in limited Yasso products, including S’mores and Cookies n’ Cream stick bars, as well as Coffee Brownie Break and Party Animal pints. When used, it is sustainably and responsibly sourced.

When exposed to higher temperatures, our bars could lose some of its air causing it to shrink naturally. When this happens with our dipped chocolate bars, it pulls away from the coating resulting in a messier-than-usual eating experience. Certain ingredients can be added to fix this but we aim to keep our ingredient declaration as natural and limited as we can!
Sometimes the quinoa crunch in our chocolate coating can cause small holes to be present, allowing the frozen Greek yogurt underneath to escape. We can assure you it still tastes delicious!
We wanted to create a mix of both milk and dark chocolate bars to provide our fans a variety of options. The Vanilla and Peanut Butter flavors are both dipped in milk chocolate and the Mint and Sea Salt Caramel are dark chocolate. We hope you enjoy.
