All Yasso products are Kosher certified by the Orthodox Union.

Does Yasso use artificial ingredients?

We are passionate about providing you with unbelievably tasty, better-for-you dessert using only the best ingredients. That means no high intensity sweeteners and no artificial flavors or colors from artificial sources.

Why do you use Greek yogurt?

Unlike traditional yogurt, Greek yogurt is strained, giving it its characteristically thick, creamy consistency. This process removes excess water but allows desirable nutrients like protein to be present in higher amounts, keeping you satiated longer.

How much caffeine is in Yasso coffee products?

There are approximately 12-13 mg of caffeine in the Coffee Chocolate Chip bar. There are approximately 14 mg of caffeine in a serving of the Coffee Brownie Break pint.

How much sugar is in Yasso products?

The amount of sugar in each item varies depending on the flavor. We feature a full list of ingredients and nutritional information on our product pages here.

How much added sugar is in Yasso products?

The amount of added sugar in each item varies, though it’s helpful to know that some of the sugar content is naturally occurring from milk’s lactose. Added sugar often comes in the forms of chocolate chips, caramel swirls, cake chunks, and other inclusions that you know and love in your Yasso! These sugar levels however are much lower than traditional ice cream. And in our opinion, a preferred ingredient over artificial, high-intensity sweeteners like erythritol.

What live and active cultures are present in Yasso?

Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.

What is locust bean gum?

This ingredient is derived from the beans of the Carob Tree, in the pea family, and aids in providing a creamy texture for Yasso products.

Is Yasso GMO-free?

Yasso products are not 100% GMO-free but we are always working to find the highest quality ingredients available while delivering a great tasting product at an affordable price.

What is guar gum?

This ingredient is derived from guar beans and has thickening and stabilizing properties.

Why is palm oil used in some Yasso products?

Palm oil is a fat source used in limited Yasso products, including Cookies n’ Cream stick bars. When used, it is sustainably and responsibly sourced.

Why the discrepancy between calories per bar and calories per serving/calories per container?

FDA Regulations allows for some rounding in calorie declaration. Due to slight variances that can be present across our bars, whether an extra chocolate chip or piece of cookie dough, calories per bar are calculated with as much precision as possible, however this can cause discrepancies when aggregating to per serving and per container.

For example our Vanilla Chocolate Crunch bar is 140 calories but two bars is 270.  This is because the 140 calorie serving is actually just under 140 and is rounded to 270 instead of 280 when doubled. For our 100 calorie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough bar, the calories are just over 100 so when multiplied by four for servings per container, it totals 420.

Sometimes the rules are confusing, but hopefully that makes sense! If you would like to learn additional information about certain nutrition information, please don’t hesitate to ask us!

Our Store Finder is powered by data gathered from retailers across the country. As with any technology, this comes with some error. It’s possible there are certain stores or flavors available in your area that are not reflected in the Store Finder search. It’s also possible if you’re searching for a particular item and find it, it is not available once you arrive at the store as it might be sold out. The expiration date can be located on the bottom of each delicious box as well as the side of our pint lids.

Product Inquiries: Chocolate Dipped Bars

Why is my chocolate coating cracking when I bite it?

When exposed to higher temperatures, our bars could lose some of their air causing them to shrink naturally.  When this happens with our Chocolate Dipped bars, it pulls away from the coating resulting in a messier-than-usual eating experience.  Certain ingredients can be added to fix this, but we aim to keep our ingredient declaration as natural and limited as we can!  

Why is my frozen Greek yogurt leaking out of small holes in the bar?

Sometimes the quinoa crunch in our chocolatey coating can cause small holes to be present, allowing the frozen Greek yogurt underneath to escape.  We can assure you it still tastes delicious! 

What flavors are milk and dark chocolate?

We wanted to create a mix of both milk and dark chocolate bars to provide our fans a variety of options. The Vanilla Crunch and Peanut Butter Crunch flavors are both dipped in milk chocolate and the Mint Crunch and Sea Salt Caramel Crunch are dark chocolate. We hope you enjoy.

How Do I Order?

To order online, visit yasso.com/shop and choose from our available flavors (listed above) to custom build your delivery of 8 boxes, or for express checkout, choose from our pre-built Variety Packs which include our most popular flavors.

We require online orders to be in batches of 8 boxes. The Variety Packs are pre-built with 8 boxes and for build your own deliveries, a total of 8 boxes must be included in order to checkout.

If you wish to order more than 8 boxes at a time, you must purchase in batches of 8. For example, we can’t ship you 9 boxes, but can ship you 8, 16, 24, etc. When it comes to how much Yasso you need in your life, the limit does not exist.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We only accept USD but offer a variety of payment methods. You can pay via Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay or Google Pay.

We wanted to make this as easy as possible, so shipping costs are included in the total price! You won’t be charged additional shipping fees. State and county taxes will be added to your total.

When will I get my delivery?

Due to heightened demand, please allow one week before orders are fulfilled and shipped. Upon shipping, most orders will arrive within 2 days and within 1 day for select areas. Yasso orders ship Monday through Friday, but there may be variances on arrival dates due to your zip code and if you’re delivering to a residential or commercial address. Please use the chart and map below to determine your estimated arrival day for all orders that have been placed Monday through Sunday by 8:00am ET. If your order is submitted after 8:00am ET, your order date will be recorded as the following day. For example, if your order is submitted on a Monday at 9:00am ET, use Tuesday as the order date to track your estimated delivery date.

After your order ships, we’ll email you your FedEx tracking number. Please check this tracking number for the most up to date delivery information. We also suggest signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager to receive alerts when your order is out for delivery and delivery is confirmed. Once your order has arrived, please store immediately in the freezer. Yasso can be enjoyed upon arrival.

As outlined below, most orders that are submitted on Friday through Sunday will ship on the following Monday. For select zips in the following states FedEx will delivery on Sundays. Please reference your tracking number for the most up to date delivery information. States with possible Sunday delivery include: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, and WV.

COVID-19 Shipping Delays

Due to COVID-19 and heightened demand, please allow one week before orders are fulfilled and shipped. We’re doing the best we can to send your deliveries and ensure safe transportation. Please use your order tracking information for the most up to date delivery information and details. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping Days

Yasso orders ship Monday through Friday, but there may be variances on arrival dates due to your zip code and if you’re delivering to a residential or commercial address. For all deliveries, please ensure someone is at the address to receive the package. Yasso must be stored immediately in the freezer as soon as your delivery arrives. We advise you place orders for days you will be available to receive the delivery.

Note: items are not sent out or delivered on the weekends or holidays. Orders received on Fridays may not be processed until Monday.

How do I track my package?

We ship via FedEx. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email and SMS alert (if you signed up for this option during checkout) with your tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order. Yasso ships on dry ice, so as soon as your delivery arrives, please store immediately in the freezer.

How will my package arrive?

Your order will be packed in an insulated container with enough dry ice to keep product frozen during transit and through delivery. WARNING: Please use extreme caution when removing the bag of dry ice from the container!

The green insulation foam and corrugated boxes can all be recycled. Please place your Yasso immediately in the freezer as soon as your delivery arrives.

For best texture, be sure to let thaw 1-2 minutes before enjoying.

How do I dispose of the dry ice?

After removing the product from the shipping box, place the bag of dry ice – handling with extreme caution – back in the shipping box and let it evaporate inside the box with the lid lightly closed. We recommend that you put it in an open area, ideally in an area outside or a garage that’s away from the reach of children and pets. Never touch the dry ice directly or put it in a sink, toilet, garbage, unventilated room, on top of tile or a laminate countertop, or in a glass or air-tight container.

Yasso unfortunately cannot be responsible for damaged or lost packages. Please contact hello@yasso.com if this happens and we can be sure to connect you with the delivery carrier to report this. However, if your Yasso arrives melted, we will happily re-ship your order. If the order arrived melted, please just take a photo before disposing so we can share with our quality assurance team.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we can only fulfill orders to the continental US. Sorry, no shipping currently available for our friends in Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally. If you’re outside the continental US, please be patient with us as we explore options to expand our delivery area.
