Each Yasso manufacturer has regional sources that provide them with the high quality dairy ingredients that make our products so delicious.
Where does Yasso manufacture its products?
Our Headquarters is based in Quincy, MA, but our products are produced by a network of trusted facilities throughout North America with outstanding commitment to quality.
Is Yasso Gluten-Free?
All Yasso products are gluten-free, except our Sandwiches and the following flavors:

Is Yasso Kosher Certified?
All Yasso products are Kosher certified by the Orthodox Union.
Does Yasso use artificial ingredients?
We are passionate about providing you with unbelievably tasty, better-for-you dessert using only the best ingredients. That means no high intensity sweeteners and no artificial flavors or colors from artificial sources.
I have allergies, can I consume Yasso?

I am diabetic, can I consume Yasso?

Why do you use Greek yogurt?
Unlike traditional yogurt, Greek yogurt is strained, giving it its characteristically thick, creamy consistency. This process removes excess water but allows desirable nutrients like protein to be present in higher amounts, keeping you satiated longer.
How much caffeine is in your coffee products?
There are approximately 12-13 mg of caffeine in the Coffee Chocolate Chip bar. There are approximately 14 mg of caffeine in a serving of the Coffee Brownie Break pint.
How much sugar is in your products?
The amount of sugar in each item varies depending on the flavor. We feature a full list of ingredients and nutritional information on our product pages here.
What live and active cultures are present in Yasso?
Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.
What is locust bean gum?
This ingredient is derived from the beans of the Carob Tree, in the pea family, and aids in providing a creamy texture for Yasso products.
What is guar gum?
This ingredient is derived from guar beans and has thickening and stabilizing properties.
Is Yasso GMO-Free?
Yasso products are not 100% GMO-free but we are always working to find the highest quality ingredients available while delivering a great tasting product at an affordable price.
Why is palm oil used in some of your products?
Palm oil is a fat source used in limited Yasso products, including S’mores and Cookies n’ Cream stick bars, as well as Coffee Brownie Break and Party Animal pints. When used, it is sustainably and responsibly sourced.
How do I find Yasso in my area?
Visit our store finder, enter your zip code, and select the flavor you would like to find.
What can I do if I would like to try a certain Yasso flavor but can’t find in stores near me?
If you would like to see more Yasso at your grocery store, please fill out our product request form and hand in to your local store manager!
Where can I find the expiration date on my Yasso products?
The expiration date can be located on the bottom of each delicious box as well as the side of our pint lids.

What's your return policy?
All sales are final for both Yasso product and merchandise. If your Yasso doesn’t arrive perfectly frozen, we’ll reship the order at our cost. Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO of FPO addresses. To ensure delivery, we must have a complete and eligible address. If you’re still unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to email@example.com so we can help.
How do you ship Yasso?
We pack and ship Yasso to your doorstep in an insulated box with enough dry ice to keep the items frozen through delivery and into the evening of the delivery date. We recommend opening the package immediately and getting items into the freezer. For best texture, be sure to let thaw 3-4 minutes before serving.
FedEx is authorized to leave all packages at the destination without signature to avoid melting during multiple delivery attempts. Please be sure you or the recipient of your order will be home on delivery day!
All orders containing Yasso are shipped to arrive within 2 business days, though merchandise may take 3-4 days depending on the zip code. Note: items are not sent out or delivered on the weekends or holidays. Orders received on Fridays may not be processed until Monday.
Where do you ship?
We offer shipping for all online orders across the continental United States. Sorry, no shipping currently available for our friends in Hawaii, Alaska or internationally.
When will my order arrive?
After a shipping label is created you will receive a tracking number. Please check this tracking number for the most up to date delivery information. If you ordered Yasso product, these items can be delivered on weekdays only.
I’d like to change or cancel my order.
We get it. Mistakes can happen. Please let us know as soon as possible if you’d like to change or cancel your order however if a shipping label has already been made, no edits or refunds can be offered.
My delivery was lost or stolen.
Yasso unfortunately cannot be responsible for damaged or lost packages. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if this happens and we can be sure to connect you with the delivery carrier to report this. However, if your Yasso arrives melted, we will happily re-ship you what you ordered. Please just take a photo before disposing so we can share with our quality assurance team.
