In this position you will be the primary point of contact for Yasso’s consumer experience, including but not limited to fielding calls to the Yasso offices, responding to inbound inquiries via the brand’s email, logging and reporting all queries and most importantly, providing a positive and polite interaction between the brand and the consumer. This position also includes day-to-day office management, ensuring the office is running smoothly, ordering and organizing necessary supplies and assisting the executive team with various other projects as needed.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Will report directly to the Communications Manager with assistance from the, Finance, R&D and Operations teams. Essential responsibilities for this position include:

  • Field all inbound customer calls and take appropriate action to achieve satisfaction, always demonstrating empathy, using approved brand messaging and voice
  • Manage and respond to all correspondence communicated via brand’s email account in a timely manner
  • Greet consumers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling, always providing an approved solution
  • Use internal software to log all consumer interactions including complaints or appreciation shared along with action taken
  • Compile monthly reports for Communications Manager, R&D and Operations teams sharing top issues reported
  • Triage inbound event and donation queries
  • Maintain office supplies and manage office kitchen
  • Manage and fulfill Sales team sample requests
  • Perform cross-departmental tasks as needed
  • Assist in planning company outings and events
Job Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field
  • Great attention to detail
  • Outgoing and personable with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adhere to timelines and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization skills
  • Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
  • Must be flexible in the face of changing priorities and requirements
  • Proficiency in HappyFox or another similar CRM tool a plus
